Refunds and Return Policy

Overview

Unfortunately, due to the nature of my work, I do not offer exchanges, and there are some things I can’t accept refunds for, a list is provided below. Original works such as paintings are additionally exempt from refunds, however a full refund will be accepted in the event that the work is damaged, lost, or otherwise ruined by post.

This refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Non-returnable, non-refundable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable items
  • Original works*

*a full refund will be accepted in the event that the work is damaged, lost, or otherwise ruined by post.


In the event that a refund is requested after 30 days – I can only offer a partial refund of half the purchase price.

 

Refunds

 

To refund your item, please use the enclosed return label – or in the event of a smaller item, please email me at [email protected] to have a label sent to you.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email as soon as possible to notify you and either confirm or deny the request.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days dependent on the speed at which your bank processes charges, typically 3-4 business days.

 

Late or missing refunds:

 

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns

 

To return your product, please use the enclosed return label – or in the event of  a smaller item, please email me at [email protected] to have a label sent to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the returned product to reach me may vary. Please be aware that any mail disruptions, holiday slow-downs, or other carrier difficulties are out of my control – but I will do my best to work with you.

If your item does not reach me within a reasonable amount of time, and you don’t hear from me – please reach out so that I can help resolve the issue.
